This research is under the guidance of Mrs. Rostanti Toba, M. Pd as the first advisor and Ms. Anis Komariah, M. Pd as the second advisor. Blended Learning became famous during the pandemic era, which schools around the world implemented. Blended Learning was one of the instructional models executed during the new normal a circumstance where understudies can concentrate face-to-face and online further supported by certain specialists' assertions. The surge in blended learning adoption during the global pandemic prompted an examination of its application at MTs. Miftahul U’ulum. The researcher will try to explore and compare the implementation of blended learning at MTs. Muttahul U’ulum after the pandemic era. Utilizing a qualitative research design focused on descriptive analysis, and the research engaged the English teachers at MTs Miftahul ‘Ulum as the primary participants. The sole participant in this research was the English teacher at MTs. Miftahul ‘Ulum. Data collection involved a combination of interviews and observations conducted by the researcher to address the research questions. Descriptive analysis was employed to explain the findings from the interviews and observations to provide a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of blended learning. The finding of this research revealed that blended learning was well-implemented in the classroom the results provided a comprehensive understanding of blended learning in the context of teaching English at eighth grade student at MTs. Miftahul ‘Ulum. The research emphasizes the teacher's strategies in implementing blended learning, emphasizing the dynamic synergy between online tools and traditional classroom elements. Notably, the study extracted the factors routing the hold of blended learning, revealing the teacher's adeptness in adapting and responding to the technology alongside the distinctive requirements of the students. This research found that in term of interview that the effectiveness of blended learning was effective. This finding is in line with Tong, Uyen, and Ngan, who stated that blended learning had a positive impact on the teaching and learning process. Furthermore, the use of blended learning could not be separated from teachers who use blended learning in teaching English. The teacher should plan the content, provide individualized support, inquire about students progress and obstacles, get along with students, and facilitate blended learning.
