This thesis was under the guidance of Bahrani M.Pd as the first advisor and Rostanti Toba M.Pd as the second advisor. Grammar is one of the important elements of English. This element is the one of basics that should be mastered in this language. Being master in this part helps the speaker, writer, listener, and reader to understand and understood the information that would be shared or got. The researcher chose this title because the researcher hoped to know how the students‟ grammar achievement. The teacher could be aware of how the students’ grammar achievement should be improved. The objective of this research was to analyze students‟ grammar achievement at the eighth grade of MTs. Labbaika Samarinda in the academic year 2019/2020. In this research, the researcher used descriptive quantitative research. The population of the research was the students of MTs. Labbaika in the academic year 2019/2020. The sample of this research was 33 students in the eighth grade of MTs. Labbaika Samarinda academic year 2019/2020. The instrument of the research was a test. The use of the data analyzed technique was the Mean formula. Based on the data, the result showed that the students‟ grammar achievement at the eighth grade of MTs. Labbaika Samarinda was 64,6. It meant the result showed that the students‟ grammar achievement was at a fair level. It can be concluded that students‟ grammar achievement at the eighth grade of MTs. Labbaika Samarinda was fair.
